…where thoughts unleashed…

My 20th Drawing: Country Life

Copyright © Yramjin and The Diary of Yramjin, 2010-2011

I was actually hesitant to post my 20th artpiece but obviously, I changed my mind. :)

This is again a product of Photoshop. I drew everything you see there (of course, that white outlined text there is just one of those fonts you can find in a computer. FYI: Bernard MT Condensed :) ).

The concept was drawn out of  the jigsaw puzzle (if I’m not mistaken. It sounds like that.) of gamehouse I used to play. I saw a lot of beautiful country homes there. Those are my dreamhouses but sad to say my version is not what I wanted it to look like. :)

My version of that girl, by the way, is almost the same with that drawing-subject I saw on my sister’s T-shirt. Only that, I colored mine differently. :)

I hope you will like it guys. :)

Re-uploaded but now embedded with my name and year:my drawing!

  1. Hey Yramjin!

Country-inspired homes are so beautiful! These brick cottages surrounded by trees and mountains give you a sense of security and oneness with nature.

About your Photoshop drawing: You’re getting there! If you’re able to make these illustrations on Photoshop, then you must really have very good hand-eye coordination. I find it difficult drawing on a mousepad while looking at a computer screen–it just isn’t the same.

    Keep it up!

    Cheers!

    • Hi Hero!
Thanks for droppin’ by ;) And thanks for the comment :) :)
At first, it was hard drawing with only a mouse as your pencil. Even up to now, I still haven’t learned controlling my right hand but you only have to have a lot of patience if you want to come up with a piece. :) It’s a matter of patience :) FYI: I was not into drawing when I was still studying. Drawing was not my forte. I just do not know why I can draw now, why I can draw faces, etc. It is just so unexpected. I’ve already had 20 drawings but most of them are privately posted here because I’m afraid somebody would reproduce or do edits (hahaha! feeler!)..4 of them are now framed and hung on our wall.
Anyway, I know you can do it. I wasn’t (and even now, am not) an expert when I did my 1st masterpiece. It started with that drawing I posted as one of the illustrations of “Once A Paradise”.

      • Oh by the way, with me in my Gravatar image are my drawings =D but they’re originally posted as illustrations in my poem “Woman Is A Woman” (but it’s privately published)

  2. i really love your blog too.. so everything we learn together..!! :) ..
    have a good job..!! ;)

    • thanks ms. tracy. :) but i love yours much ‘coz you know more about photoshop while I only have the very basic of the basics. :)

thanks for droppin’ by and for the comment :)
